benefits of either hot or cold therapy, and universal sizing.The gel inserts are Velcro attachable, to be placed in the freezer or microwave. It
is comprised of 50% gel and 50% foam for the ultimate comfort and fit. Resists inversion and eversion, yet normal flexion & extension is virtually
